Youth Housing Support Worker – Falkirk

Blue Triangle seeks a dedicated Housing Assistant for our Falkirk youth service. You will work Monday–Friday on a 4-week rolling rota, supporting 16–25 year olds to access housing, skills, and independent living. You’ll engage with service users empathetically and uphold care standards.

The role requires compassion, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a small team. A SVQ2+ and willingness to pursue SVQ3 are preferred, with training and development supported.
