Trauma-Informed Housing Support Worker

The Housing Network in Aylesbury area is recruiting a dedicated Support Worker to work with residents experiencing homelessness. You will build trusting relationships, develop outcome-focused support plans, and deliver 1:1 sessions and signposting to help people regain independence.

You will manage a caseload, help residents understand tenancy documents and benefits, identify gaps for future engagement, and uphold safeguarding standards in all interactions.
