Empowering Support Worker for Learning Disabilities

Royal Mencap Society in Gainsborough is seeking Support Workers to join our team. You will support adults with learning disabilities across two supported living services, helping them live independently with tailored assistance and a person-centred approach.

You will assist with daily tasks, personal care, and community activities, with shifts that cover 7am–10pm, plus sleep-ins and weekend work as part of a rota. DBS checks and references apply.
