Store Ops & Customer Experience Lead

Five Below is seeking an hourly store leadership role in the Cambridge area. You will supervise crew, ensure fast, friendly check-out, and train associates on best practices. You will assist with stock, support opening/closing, and manage daily operations with a focus on sales and customer satisfaction.
