HR Business Partner

Overview

In this senior role, you deliver end-to-end HR services for senior managers in Citi’s Risk Management business across Europe, the Americas, and beyond. You’ll drive organizational performance through people, resolve employee relations issues, and partner with COEs and HRAs to implement HR solutions. You’ll oversee global priorities and lifecycle processes while ensuring compliance and risk controls. This is a hands-on, cross-regional position with opportunities to lead projects and mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR services and build capabilities to enhance performance
• Manage HR delivery across the employee lifecycle
• Partner with managers to resolve ER issues and assess risks
• Collaborate with HRAs and COEs to implement HR priorities
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of global HR priorities and lifecycle processes
• Work with global and regional partners to ensure consistent HR solutions
• Coordinate with country HR partners for regional activities
• Lead cross-Citi projects and train new team members
• Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance and ethical conduct

Key requirements

• Solid HR experience
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Experience with annual HR cycles (Talent & Performance Management, Year End rewards)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Workday
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
