Overview

In this role you drive information management for a large healthcare construction programme, ensuring ISO 19650 compliance and robust CDE governance. You work with cross‑functional teams to optimise resources, deliver client‑aligned information standards, and support bid responses and digital handover. You’ll shape the BIM strategy, foster governance, and stay ahead on Autodesk and industry developments. Responsibilities

  • Assure Information Requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR and EIR) per ISO 19650
  • Maintain information standards, methods, procedures, and shared resources
  • Develop dashboards to track resource allocation and workload balance
  • Develop the object library strategy
  • Develop the client’s digital handover strategy
  • Understand ISO19650 and applicable standards for clients
  • Implement governance and assurance processes
  • Improve client relationships to win or extend contracts
  • Monitor digital handover to completion
  • Stay updated on BIM developments and Autodesk updates
  • Upskill client teams and project/design teams via BIM knowledge sessions
  • Lead recruitment for BIM team
  • Review bid responses for compliance with client requirements and MACE capabilities
  • Review BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and technology solutions to improve BIM processes
  • Research new classifications and emerging technologies
  • Stay informed on net zero carbon transition and related reductions

Key requirements

  • Level 7 qualifications (or equivalent)
  • Advanced understanding of ISO19650, BS1192, CDE, IFC, COBie, and classifications
  • Experience with BIM governance and information management in construction/BIM environments
