Contracts Manager (Higways)

Overview

As Contracts Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of major highways projects, from order to completion, coordinating materials, logistics and install teams. You’ll work closely with manufacturing, clients and internal teams, driving on-time, within-budget execution. The role offers hybrid working and clear development toward a senior position, supported by industry training. You’ll join a growing, reputable provider of vehicle restraint and highway barrier systems focused on high-quality nationwide delivery.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end contract/project management from order to completion
• Liaise with manufacturing, clients and installation teams
• Coordinate drawings, approvals, parts lists, logistics, POs and labour
• Hybrid role balancing office, site and home

Key requirements

• Contracts Manager / Project Manager background (civils / highways / major infrastructure)
• CSCS Black Card
• Comfortable leading delivery teams and working with clients and internal departments
