Crisis Response Mental Health Worker

The Mental Health Rapid Response Worker will work as part of a flexible team providing enhanced care and therapeutic engagement to patients experiencing mental health crisis within AED departments across the CWP footprint.

The post holder will also support patients who are detained under the Mental Health Act, including those held under Section 136, providing appropriate care and observation while maintaining safety, dignity and wellbeing.
