Stroke Clinical Lead Nurse (Part-Time)

Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking an enthusiastic stroke specialist nurse to lead our stroke nursing team. This part-time post is 22.5 hours per week and based at Princess of Wales Community Hospital or Queen Elizabeth House, open to current trust employees or long-term NHSP placements.

You will undertake comprehensive stroke assessments, manage a caseload, support families, and contribute to MDT meetings.
