SEND & Primary TA (Level 2) – Long-Term & Flexible Roles

Aspire People is seeking Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary schools on a full-time, long-term basis. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, assist with SEND and differentiated activities, and help pupils with phonics, reading and numeracy while promoting independence and confidence.

The ideal candidate holds a Level 2 TA qualification with at least 6 months UK school experience, and demonstrates a calm, patient and nurturing approach with strong behaviour
