Overview
As PMO Manager for Corporate Solutions, you will oversee governance and execution for strategic product programs, partnering with Product, Engineering, Commercialization, and regional teams. You translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, drive cross-functional delivery, and provide executive-ready updates. You’ll enable commercialization readiness and measure impact through governance, KPIs, and risk management. You’ll work in a global, fast-moving environment to accelerate product execution and growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the PMO for assigned Corporate Solutions product programs as the central source of truth on scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
- Translate strategic priorities into roadmaps, governance routines, and measurable success criteria with Product and Engineering
- Drive execution across cross-functional programs spanning multiple teams/regions/platforms
- Clarify objectives and align stakeholders to create practical paths to execution
- Design and facilitate governance forums and prepare executive-ready updates and decision papers
- Ensure end-to-end delivery visibility and provide a senior cross-functional view of progress
- Support launch readiness, implementation planning, and commercialization governance
- Establish KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and reporting to track outcomes and ROI
- Own core program artifacts (plans, RAID logs, dependency trackers, action plans) and improve governance routines
- Coach and develop junior team members and promote best practices across the Center of Excellence
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Technology, or related field
- Experience in Program Management, PMO, Product Operations, or related discipline
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in payments/fintech/financial services
- Strong understanding of B2B payments, commercial cards, or financial services products
- Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments
- Executive communication skills and ability to synthesize complex information
- Influence without direct authority across Product, Engineering, Commercialization, and regions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience with governance routines, executive reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and program operating mechanisms
- Proficiency with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery and tools like PowerPoint and Excel
