Senior Social Brand Manager – Consumer Products Division

In this role you will own social activation and content strategy, setting trends and building brand communities. You’ll lead bold social commerce initiatives on TikTok Shop and shape digital advocacy across campaigns. You collaborate with talent and partners to turn moments into movements, driving impact at scale. Responsibilities

• Own social activation and content strategy aligned with the brand calendar
• Invent standout social ideas and hooks within campaigns and media plans
• Identify and onboard talent for campaigns and build brand tribes
• Create content for advocacy/social campaigns and boost top content via paid media
• Develop bold social commerce strategy on TikTok Shop and align with calendar moments
• Manage Amazon Prime Day activation, including influencer and product messaging decisions
• Boost trend-led pull content and reactive media to capitalize on trends
• Maintain relationships with talent and agents for paid campaigns
• Track influencer performance and report on paid campaigns via Tracker and Traackr
• Monitor and optimize CPV/CPE spend and deliver monthly performance reporting
