Deputy Director, Place Division – Pan Wales (Flexible)

The Welsh Government’s Place Division seeks a Deputy Director to lead a team of about 40 staff, directing a £65m capital programme and ~£4m revenue budget. Based Pan Wales, you will deliver government priorities in housing, regeneration and land development, with strong governance and ministerial engagement.

Must hold MRICS with proven property market experience; senior leadership and strategic delivery are essential in this role within a dynamic public sector environment.
