As our Early Years Team Leader, you will: Lead and support a team of Early Years Educators to deliver exceptional care and education.

Champion the RECIPE curriculum and high-quality teaching and learning.

Support staff development through coaching, mentoring and role modelling.

Build strong partnerships with families and external professionals.

What you will bring to the role: A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.

Experience leading or supporting colleagues within an early years environment.
