Senior Corporate Counsel: M&A, Finance & Governance

Sage is seeking an English-qualified corporate lawyer to join its 12-month fixed term Corporate Legal team in London. You will advise on cross-border M&A, governance matters and strategic financing, partnering with Corporate Development and Finance.

You’ll lead due diligence, draft and review transaction documents, manage intragroup restructurings and ensure compliance with UK law and listing rules. PQE 5+ would fit well.
