Senior Primary Care Mental Health Practitioner | MDT Lead

Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Primary Care Mental Health Practitioner to join the Primary Care Mental Health Service covering the Braintree and Maldon locality in Essex.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) on a 12-month fixed-term basis. You will triage, assess and provide brief interventions from GP practices, working within multidisciplinary teams to support patients and streamline referrals.
