Senior Facilities Manager – Estate, Safety & Sustainability

Fusion People are recruiting an experienced Facilities Manager to lead a council’s FM service, providing leadership and operational oversight of the estate to ensure safety, compliance, efficiency and sustainability.

The fixed-term contract runs until 31 December, with standard hours from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. The role requires a Level 4 FM qualification (IWFM or equivalent) and strong budget and staff management skills.
