Junior NPD Technician – Food Science & Formulation (On-site)

THG Plc is seeking a Junior NPD Technician to join its fast‑growing NPD team on a 4‑day on‑site pattern at THG Omega Warrington. You will work at the intersection of formulation, bench testing, and customer brief management, collaborating with Commercial, Quality, and Operations teams.

You will support lab formulation, sensory evaluation, and packaging validation across powder, bar, tablet, and fruit preparation formats, driving early stage development and scale‑up readiness.
