HR Advisor: Employee Relations & Compliance

Pilgrim’s Europe is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our site-based HR team. You will provide proactive HR guidance to managers, support both operational and strategic people objectives, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

You will contribute to employee relations, absence management, HR administration, learning and development, and audits, helping us build a high-performing, engaged workforce across the site.
