Senior HR Advisor – ER Specialist (Hybrid)

Speedy Freight is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join its People Team in the UK. You will manage a varied ER caseload, advise managers, and help ensure compliance with UK employment law across Speedy Freight, Speedy Parcels, and franchise networks.

You’ll be part of a small People Team, working independently and collaboratively to deliver practical HR solutions and drive continuous improvement in people processes.
