HR Advisor – Elevate People & Culture (Hybrid)

Capstone Foster Care is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join a busy HR Team in Blackpool on hybrid terms. You will manage ER caseloads, provide practical HR advice and help foster a positive workplace culture.

You will need at least 12 months in a similar role, CIPD Level 3 or 5, and solid knowledge of UK employment law. This is an employee-owned Trust; the role offers training and development opportunities.
