Housing & Tenancy Support Officer

Chorley Council is seeking a dedicated team member to join the Accommodation team at the Extra Care facility Tatton Gardens. This role focuses on on-site administration, high-quality customer care, and housing management for officers and managers.

You will handle front-line inquiries, support inductions and Personal Housing Plans, and assist with tenancy management and income recovery while maintaining records and contributing to a safe resident environment.
