Head of Year & Student Progress Leader

Burnside College is seeking a Non-Teaching Head of Year (Progress Leader) to lead a specific year group and act as the expert on the pupils within that cohort. You will be the first point of contact for attendance, behaviour, welfare and achievement, liaising with colleagues and external agencies to ensure students are supported and challenged.
