Overview

In this role you will shape pricing and commercial strategies to drive profitable growth and maximize customer value. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing and Customer Success to set effective levers across the business. You’ll tackle pricing competitiveness, commercial models, and profitability to help win in the market and accelerate revenue growth. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role with a strong emphasis on governance and cross-region consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain pricing strategies aligned with growth objectives; define pricing frameworks, discount structures, and approvals
  • Lead pricing recommendations for new products, solutions and services; continuously assess pricing effectiveness
  • Create commercial models to support revenue growth, profitability, and customer acquisition; collaborate with Sales leadership on performance and deal quality
  • Design customer segmentation, offer structures, and go-to-market monetization approaches; support recurring revenue initiatives
  • Monitor revenue and margin performance; analyze deal profitability and pricing realization; assist in planning and forecasting
  • Establish pricing governance and cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Sales Ops, Product Mgmt, and Customer Success
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership; ensure regional and product portfolio consistency

Key requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Strategy, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Consulting, or related functions
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Experience with SaaS, software, subscription, or recurring revenue models preferred
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives
