Overview
As a Senior Brand Manager at Ferrero you will shape the long-term vision and positioning of a key category, driving sustainable growth and market share. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with UK and international teams to deliver consumer-focused marketing plans that align with business objectives. You’ll manage brand equity, budgets, and investments to maximise profitability while safeguarding Ferrero’s reputation. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, offering influence across senior stakeholders and external partners to bring brand plans to life.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year and annual brand strategies to sustain competitive growth
- Lead cross-functional (UK and international) teams to deliver consumer-focused marketing plans
- Propose and manage category budgets and resource plans across advertising, promotions, research, and innovation
- Monitor market and brand performance using data and insights, identifying opportunities and actions
- Protect and strengthen brand equity and Ferrero’s corporate image
- Influence senior stakeholders to secure alignment and drive strategic initiatives
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to deliver best-in-class marketing activity
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on collaboration, learning, and achievement
Key requirements
- Proven track record in delivering successful brand strategies and profitable growth
- Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen with budget management experience
- Ability to analyse market trends, consumer behavior, and performance data to drive decisions
- Influential communicator with credibility across internal and external stakeholders
- Experience leading and developing teams with collaborative leadership
- Understanding of the UK market and experience in a complex, international organisation (advantageous)
