Wagstaff Recruitment is recruiting for a Production Shift Manager in Ebbw Vale to lead the engineering team in a busy manufacturing site. You will deliver the production plan, drive quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives while working a four-day week.
You’ll oversee safety, housekeeping and KPI delivery, manage shift handovers, and develop staff through training and performance reviews, with strong focus on OTIFNE targets.
