Overview

In this role you will drive client delivery across international health policy projects and help shape policy and engagement strategies for clients ranging from global health bodies to pharmaceutical companies. You will work within the International health policy team to translate policy insight into actionable recommendations that advance patient access and health equity. You will coordinate multi-country activities, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure high-quality client materials and stakeholder engagement. This is a client-facing, impact-driven role that combines policy acumen with hands-on delivery and business development. You will join a collaborative, growth-focused environment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day client project delivery across multiple programmes, ensuring timely, on-budget outputs of high quality
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, events and stakeholder engagement activities across international programmes
  • Develop and review client materials (briefings, policy analyses, messaging documents, engagement materials) and maintain strong client relationships
  • Monitor major policy and political developments and share rapid alerts with teams and clients
  • Support development of policy, public affairs and advocacy strategies, including stakeholder engagement plans
  • Assist in business development through research, proposals, and pitch participation
  • Identify opportunities for organic account growth and advise senior colleagues on opportunities
  • Contribute to team culture, diversity, wellbeing, knowledge sharing, and coaching junior colleagues
  • Pursue ongoing professional development and broaden expertise

Key requirements

  • Experience in healthcare policy, public affairs or communications within consultancy, agency, healthcare organisation or related environment
  • Knowledge of international health policy and stakeholder landscapes
  • Strong research, analytical and written communication skills with ability to synthesize complex information
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality work in fast-paced settings
