Overview
In this role you will service, install and commission a range of air conditioning systems across Hampshire and surrounding counties, supporting both residential and commercial projects. You will work within a growing engineering team, handling fault-finding and maintenance to uphold high workmanship standards. The position offers ongoing manufacturer training and career progression as the business expands. You will collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, energy-efficient cooling solutions. This is a hands-on role with a clear impact on service quality and project delivery.

Responsibilities
- install, service, maintain and fault-find on split, multi-split, cassette, ducted and VRF/VRV systems
- commission systems to project specifications
- work across residential and commercial projects in Hampshire and surrounding counties
- maintain high workmanship standards and strong customer service
- participate in on-the-job and manufacturer technical training
Key requirements
- minimum 5 years’ air conditioning experience
- strong background in service, maintenance, installation and fault finding
- F-Gas Category 1
- full UK driving licence
- experience with Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Samsung and Haier desirable
