Overview
In this role you will steer Point72’s corporate communications for EMEA and APAC, partnering with regional leaders to align with global priorities. You’ll lead media relations, executive visibility, and internal communications while managing regional agencies and supporting talent initiatives. The position sits at the intersection of strategy and hands-on delivery, shaping how the firm is perceived across multiple regions. Responsibilities
- Lead media relations across EMEA and APAC and act as a spokesperson
- Provide media training and coaching to regional executives
- Manage internal communications to strengthen culture and keep employees informed
- Advise regional leaders on communications priorities and align with global priorities
- Identify executive visibility and thought leadership opportunities for regional leaders
- Collaborate with regional recruiting teams on messaging and branded materials
- Oversee regional agency partners and ensure quality and alignment with firm standards
- Visit international offices to build relationships with media and internal stakeholders
Key requirements
- Seven+ years of communications experience in-house, agency, or public sector
- Experience in financial services or advising financial services clients
- Strong writing, research, and editing skills
- Proven media relations experience across EMEA and/or APAC
- Experience advising C-suite executives on complex reputational issues
- Ability to travel regularly across EMEA and APAC
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
