InPost Yeovil is seeking a Depot Manager to lead a fast-paced, 24 hour parcel operation and ensure exceptional service for customers and partners. You’ll ignite performance, inspire a high-energy team, optimise efficiency and drive continuous improvement using data and KPIs.

You’ll own depot financials, recruit and develop staff, manage budgets and resources, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining health and safety standards.
