THE ROLE

We have a vacancy for a Senior Associate Solicitor – Residential Property 6 + PQE to join the London office of a highly ranked, award winning law firm
n
The residential real estate team handles broad ranging workload, handling high value real estate transactions for a range of clients including include UHNW / HNW individuals, trustees, and media personalities
n
The team is entering an exciting phase of growth, and the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and expanding the department
n
This is an opportunity to take a role within a market-recognised team and to contribute directly to its continued success

THE CANDIDATE
n
You will have a solid residential real estate background with experience of handling high value residential property work
n
You will have direct contact with clients, family offices, intermediaries, and professional advisers and will be encouraged to play an active part in business development and client care
n
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the flexibility to work with team members and lawyers across the firm.
