GetGround is seeking a hands-on Compliance and Risk Lead to own day-to-day regulatory obligations and build scalable compliance frameworks. You will lead a small team, ensure policies and controls evolve with regulation, and manage regulatory relationships including FCA interactions.
Ideal candidates bring FCA-regulated fintech experience, AML/KYC knowledge, and a proactive approach to embedding risk considerations across product and engineering decisions.
