THE ROLE

An opportunity for a Senior Associate to join the Firm's Real Estate Finance practice (within the Corporate team).
n
This is a leading role in advising a diverse client base, including family offices, private investors, developers, investment managers and specialist lenders, on complex and high-value financing transactions across the UK and internationally.
n
Working closely with the firm's Corporate, Real Estate and Private Wealth teams, you will advise on acquisition, investment, development and refinancing matters, as well as sophisticated funding structures involving syndicated lending, mezzanine finance and multi-jurisdictional transactions.
