Cyber Security Alliance Manager

Overview

In this role you will shape and execute the strategic alliances for Softcat’s Cyber Security technology tower. You will collaborate across functions to align vendor initiatives with our sales and GTM plans, driving joint opportunities and pipeline growth. You’ll present business reviews, analyze vendor performance, and represent Softcat at industry events, building strong partnerships. The position offers autonomy within a supportive, inclusive culture and opportunities to influence market leadership.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute Joint Business Plans aligned with sales enablement and GTM strategies
• Oversee internal and external pipelines and support BDRs to align with partnership strategies
• Curate and present Quarterly Business Reviews with analytics on vendor earnings, competitors, and channel metrics
• Foster internal and external partnerships and represent the company at UK industry events
• Maintain current vendor-related certifications and provide first-line support for escalations

Key requirements

• Proven experience in partnership management and vendor relations
• Strong leadership with ability to curate and deliver QBRs
• Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills
• Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities for insights and reporting
• Relevant Sales and Technical certifications would be advantageous
