Public Sector Architect – BIM & Project Lead

North Lanarkshire Council is seeking an experienced architect to contribute to the Plan for North Lanarkshire, delivering corporate building projects through design and contract administration. You will be part of a team implementing a broad capital program, with hybrid working between home and office locations.

The successful candidate will be ARB registered, with extensive post-qualification experience on multi-trade schemes, and a good grasp of design/procurement processes including RIBA Plan
