Responsibilities

  • Lead overall factory performance across output, quality, delivery, and efficiency
  • Provide leadership, coaching and development to Value Stream Managers and teams
  • Align manufacturing execution with supply chain priorities and customer commitments
  • Plan, sequence and execute production across value streams
  • Promote continuous improvement using lean methodologies and structured problem-solving
  • Improve equipment reliability, uptime, and manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and commercial teams
  • Oversee inventory and workflow management to optimize throughput and reduce delays
  • Foster accountability, transparency, and proactive communication
  • Champion employee engagement, development and inclusive team practices

Key requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience leading manufacturing or operations teams in a production environment
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, metrics, and delivery commitments
  • Proven ability to lead through others with layered team structures
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills focused on sustainable improvement
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and manage competing priorities
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement approaches such as lean or similar methodologies
