As a Principal Consultant at Intapp, you lead the most strategic, high-impact enterprise engagements and drive client outcomes through strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, shaping delivery practices and contributing to product evolution. You’ll champion delivery excellence, scale consulting capabilities, and guide strategic initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities

• Lead strategic enterprise engagements ensuring delivery excellence and long-term client success
• Manage escalations and mitigate risk with cross-functional coordination
• Develop scalable frameworks for capability building and knowledge sharing
• Represent client needs in product feedback loops to influence roadmap
• Lead cross-functional strategic delivery initiatives to boost efficiency and innovation
• Contribute to pre-sales by shaping scope and aligning deliverables with client expectations
• Collaborate with Technology, Product, and Governance for cohesive execution across accounts

Key requirements

• 7+ years in enterprise consulting, software implementation, or strategic client delivery roles
• 5+ years CRM experience in DealCloud or financial services/private equity/ investment banking CRM
• Proven track record leading large-scale engagements with executive stakeholders
• Strong escalation management and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Experience mentoring and coaching within a consulting environment
• Ability to influence product strategy through structured client feedback
• Excellent collaboration, communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
