Strategy & Operations Manager – TRT

Overview

In this role, you will drive strategic improvements for Patient Experience Operations, partnering with commercial, product, and clinical leaders to identify opportunities and execute initiatives that enhance care delivery. You’ll own the activations funnel post-consultation, leverage data to remove bottlenecks, and translate insights into actionable plans. You will work across teams to align initiatives with business goals and track impact with KPIs. Responsibilities

• Own the activations funnel post consultation, including reporting, process optimization, resource planning, and scaling strategies.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, Commercial, and Clinical teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Support business case development, KPI tracking, and performance reporting for Patient Experience operations.

Key requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in consulting, startup operations, generalist operations, or similar analytical environments
• strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making
• excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
• self-starter with bias to action, proactive and resourceful
• comfort working in ambiguity and fast-paced, mission-driven contexts
• familiarity with Looker, SQL or other data visualization/analysis tools is a bonus
• experience with sales operations / strategy is a bonus
