Overview

In this role you own the Europe market-facing equipment portfolio for datacenter and microelectronics, shaping the strategy and roadmap for liquid cooling and related infrastructure. You collaborate with Engineering Product Management, R&D, Sales, Marketing and Operations to ensure market needs are reflected in the technical and commercial plan. You lead launches, influence solution design in sales opportunities, and drive portfolio evolution to support growth. Your work connects customer insights with cross-functional execution to differentiate offerings and scale deployments across Europe. Responsibilities

  • Own the Europe equipment portfolio roadmap for datacenter and microelectronics, including lifecycle decisions
  • Define offering architecture, tiering, configurations, and positioning for scalable Europe deployments
  • Translate market, customer, and competitive insights into roadmap priorities
  • Collaborate with Global Engineering Product Management to reflect market needs in the technical roadmap
  • Act as an industry-facing equipment subject-matter leader in customer discussions
  • Lead launch readiness and go-to-market execution for new/enhanced offerings
  • Support strategic and late-stage sales opportunities with solution design and value articulation
  • Create and maintain equipment-specific sales enablement tools and messaging
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Global/Europe R&D, Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Operations for readiness
  • Identify opportunities to expand, refine, or simplify the portfolio over time

Key requirements

  • Bachelor in Engineering
  • 8+ years in B2B product marketing, product ownership, technical commercialization, or equipment portfolio management
  • 3+ years in industrial capital equipment marketing or sales with project management
  • Experience translating complex products into clear, customer-focused offerings and value propositions
  • Experience supporting data center, thermal management, or liquid cooling markets
