Overview

As a Consultant in Veeva’s European Business Consulting Group, you will lead workstreams delivering end-to-end design, build, and delivery for life sciences clients. You’ll solve complex problems with data-driven insights, build strong client relationships, and mentor junior colleagues while contributing to digital and commercial innovations. You’ll work across Europe on remote engagements, shaping projects that drive value for customers and advance Veeva’s growth as a trusted digital partner.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage workstreams, including scope, quality, resources, risk and timelines
• Design, build, and deliver project outputs aligned with goals
• Identify client problems and proactively solve them
• Act as primary client contact across discussions, workshops, and communications
• Manage and develop Associates within the workstream
• Mentor Associates to grow skills and capabilities
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
• Provide industry, market, and functional insights to clients
• Contribute to business development opportunities and proposals
• Develop and disseminate thought leadership

Key requirements

• Bachelors degree and excellent academic record
• 2+ years of consulting experience
• Experience in Life Sciences, especially Commercial and Medical areas
• Understanding of Commercial with expertise in multiple areas (e.g., multi-channel, product launch, go-to-market, commercial model design, KAM, segmentation, analytics, brand strategy)
• Understanding of commercial/marketing technology and familiarity with Veeva platforms
• Knowledge of health and life sciences digital technology drivers and market trends
• Proven analytical skills for qualitative and quantitative problem-solving
• Problem-solving mindset with proactive issue anticipation
• Demonstrated leadership in delivering complex work
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to facilitate collaboration and work with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and local language
