Support Worker — Extra Care for Independence

Radis Community Care in Cambridge is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist elderly residents in an Extra Care Scheme. You will help with mobility, personal care, meals, and safe movement around communal areas and private rooms.

The role involves group and individual activities to promote independence and dignity, with shifts across mornings and late hours, and occasional weekend cover. Full training is provided, with progression opportunities.
