Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Social Housing

Wates Group in Milton Keynes is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a high-volume, fast-paced social housing contract managing ~4,500 properties. You will work closely with experienced surveyors and operational teams to maximise value and ensure commercial performance.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across procurement, cost control, valuation and monthly reporting, while developing your commercial skills and building knowledge of NHF Schedule of Rates and CVR
