Traffic Management Lead — Highway Operations & Safety

VolkerHighways, based at the Brentwood depot, is seeking a Lead Operative to join our Traffic Management team. You will follow supervisor directions to install, maintain and remove traffic management in accordance with Chapter 8 and scheme drawings, upholding a Safety and Quality culture without compromise.

The role requires prior traffic management and highways maintenance experience, a valid UK driving license, and a 12D/12A LTMO foreman qualification or equivalent where applicable.
