Palliative Care Nurse – 24/7 Hub & Community

Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated Palliative Care Nurse to coordinate a caseload across the Palliative Care Hub and Urgent Response Team. You will work 12-hour shifts, days and nights, ensuring timely responses to palliative and end-of-life care calls and supporting patients and families.

The role entails rotation between teams with opportunities for professional development in end-of-life care within a friendly, supportive trust that values compassion and teamwork.
