Responsibilities

• Manage sales and purchases of residential property
• Handle leasehold, remortgage, and transfers of equity tasks
• Support new build transactions
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and maintain high file management standards
• Contribute to marketing and business development efforts
• Work within a fast-paced, high-detail environment
• Collaborate with a friendly and supportive team
• Possibly engage with Landlord & Tenant matters (preferred but not essential)

Key requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of residential property law
