Property Solicitor / CILEX – Worcestershire

In this role you will manage your own caseload in property transactions for a diverse client base. You will work within a firm focused on property transactions, with in-house training provided. The position offers independent client advisory work with exposure to buy-to-let portfolios, bridging and development loans, and various title and security tasks. Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload in property transactions
• Handle buy-to-let portfolios, bridging and development loans
• Assist with director’s guarantees for limited companies, JBSPs, TR1s, ID1s & ID5s
• Provide independent legal advice to clients on property matters

Key requirements

• Experience in property transactions or related legal practice
• Ability to manage own caseload and client relationships
• Knowledge of typical property documentation (JBSPs, TR1s, ID1s, ID5s) is a plus
