Overview
In this role you will manage your own EL/PL caseload on behalf of insurers and self-insured clients, including multi-track and potentially catastrophic claims. You will join a close-knit, expanding national law firm and contribute to client relationships and knowledge sharing within the team. The position offers exposure to high-quality personal injury work and opportunities to collaborate on business development activities. This is a chance to shape defense strategy for casualty claims within a respected practice.
Responsibilities
- Run own caseload of EL/PL claims for insurers and self-insured clients
- Handle multi-track and potentially catastrophic injury claims
- Defend a broad range of casualty claims
- Collaborate with colleagues on marketing and networking initiatives
Key requirements
- At least 4 years’ PQE in defendant personal injury work
- Experience with EL/PL claims and catastrophic injury claims
- Strong client relationship skills
- Willingness to contribute to marketing and networking activities
- Ideal candidates: Personal Injury Solicitors or Legal Executives with PI litigation experience
