Job Description:

The post holder will be expected to support their team,departmentand organisation to achieve the Trust’sobjectivesanddemonstratethe trust values in their day-to-day work. The post holder will deliver the highest level of network technical support to new and existing customers in person, remotely and over the phone.

  • Work as a member of the Network support team to ensure all support tickets, incidents, servicerequestsand changes are executedin accordance withGMMH Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and change management processes.
  • Support the Network Team in the day-to-day management of GMMH networks, which includes wired and wireless networks, SDWAN, Firewalls.
  • Input into the daily,weeklyand monthly network support checklists.
  • Provide a structured approach to diagnosing, assimilatingand interpreting operationalobjectives, risks, and issues.
  • To fix diagnosedfaults wherefeasibleor to recommendappropriate solutionsacknowledging and describing the implications for the end customer and for the internal IT teams.
  • Investigate, diagnose,testand resolve faults/problems from internal/external stakeholders to a conclusion.
  • Organiseplatformenhancements/upgrades
  • Supervise cabling contractors and 3rdparty suppliers/vendors when working onTrust sites.
  • Good customer facing skills are essential.

  • Pay Enhancements – 30% additional for Evenings (8pm onwards) and Saturdays and 60% additional for Sundays and Bank holidays.
