Finance Director for AI‑Driven Private Capital

Capsa is hiring the Head of Finance to build and lead the finance function in a high-growth AI company. You will own the financial model, board packs, and the close, while establishing FP&A, controls, and readiness for Series B and beyond.

You will partner with the CEO on capital strategy and commercial decisions. As the senior-most finance hire, you will hire a small team, scale processes, and become CFO on the runway as Capsa grows.
