Talent Sourcing Specialist – Leeds (Fixed Term)

Sumer Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Associate to help build strong talent pipelines in the UK across Audit, Tax, Accounting and Corporate Finance. You will map the market, engage with candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process from initial contact to interview scheduling.

You will work within the Operations – People & Culture team, focusing on data accuracy in our ATS, creating compelling job adverts and improving onboarding and referral programs.
